Questions people ask before the first upload.
Do I need any editing skills?
No. If you can upload a file, you can use it. The AI does the listening, writing and translating, and you download the finished video.
How accurate is the translation?
We use advanced AI from OpenAI to understand speech and translate it line by line. It is very accurate for clear speech. Names and specialist words are the usual weak spots, so you can check and fix any line before your video is finished.
Does it change my voice or dub the video?
No. Your original sound stays exactly as it is, and we add subtitles on screen. AI voice dubbing is on our roadmap.
What counts as a minute?
The length of your video, rounded up to the next minute, for each language you choose. A 3 minute 20 second clip in one language uses 4 minutes. If something goes wrong, you get your minutes back automatically.
Where are my videos kept?
In private storage that only you can download from. Your original upload is deleted automatically after the time your plan allows, and everything else when you delete the video or your account.
Can my team or my app connect to it?
